Endovascular WA is a private practice and therefore payment of your account on the day is appreciated. Our fee for an initial consultation is $250.00 with a portion of this ($72.70 as at January 1st 2017) claimable from Medicare with a valid GP referral.
For procedures and operations, patients are supplied with a complete quotation at the time of their consultation so that they are able to make an informed decision. Some of our procedures are covered completely by Medicare and Private insurance. Where possible, Endovascular WA practises a compassionate approach to billing.
Applicable to pensioners on a government pension card. Endovascular WA will offer a reduction in cost for all Ultrasounds and Consultations. Please contact our friendly reception team for further billing information.
Veteran Affairs (DVA)
Applicable to gold card or white card holders. Endovascular WA will direct bill all ultrasounds and consultations to the Department of Veteran Affairs. Most procedures are covered under this policy. Please contact our friendly reception team for further billing information.
A referral is required for all consultations and procedures to ensure patients can claim under Medicare and/or private health rebates.
